We are currently delivering a significant programme of network and infrastructure improvements focused on:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Network modernisation and optimisation</li>\n<li>Security uplift and access transformation</li>\n<li>Cloud networking integration</li>\n<li>Infrastructure resilience and operational stability</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>This is a delivery-focused engineering role responsible for supporting the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructure across both on-premise and cloud-connected environments.</p>\n<p>You’ll work closely with solutions engineers and architects to deliver network upgrades, improve operational stability, troubleshoot complex issues, and help uplift the organisation’s network capability.</p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working across a modern hybrid infrastructure environment</li>\n<li>Solving real operational problems across network, endpoint, and identity layers</li>\n<li>Delivering practical infrastructure improvements</li>\n<li>Being hands-on across both logical and physical infrastructure</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement network changes and improvements aligned to approved designs and standards</li>\n<li>Configure and support routing, firewalls, NAT, VPNs, and WAN connectivity</li>\n<li>Diagnose and resolve issues across routing, switching, DNS, VPN, SD‑WAN, and Wi‑Fi</li>\n<li>Packet capture, traffic analysis, and network performance tuning</li>\n<li>Support identity‑aware networking, including Windows endpoints, Entra ID / Active Directory, DNS, VPN clients, and 802.1x/RADIUS</li>\n<li>Deploy and maintain network hardware (switches, firewalls, wireless), including data centre and office infrastructure changes</li>\n<li>Implement security controls such as firewall rules, VPN access, and basic IDS/IPS or web filtering (as directed)</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation, diagrams, configurations, and runbooks</li>\n<li>Execute changes using ITIL‑aligned change management and contribute to CAB processes</li>\n<li>Work closely with software, cloud, security teams, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver improvements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, DNS, VPNs)</li>\n<li>Exposure to security‑aware networking in an enterprise environment</li>\n<li>Experience supporting Windows endpoints and identity‑integrated networks</li>\n<li>Methodical, analytical troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently within defined scope while collaborating effectively</li>\n<li>Clear communicator with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders</li>\n<li>Strong documentation discipline and respect for operational governance</li>\n<li>Experience working with network hardware in data centre or enterprise environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></p>\n<p>At Foster Moore, we value initiative, teamwork and integrity.
