What you’ll be doing • Solution Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert for WMA and Single-Use Systems, supporting system design, workflow mapping, and architecture recommendations to meet customer requirements. • Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales team through customer co-visits, technical presentations, and deep-dive discussions to clearly articulate the value and capabilities of WMA solutions. • Large Project Support: Provide technical guidance on complex customer projects from initial design through execution, including risk analysis, solution optimization, and project reviews. • Technical Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of SUS trends, competitive platforms, regulatory requirements, and customer URS to inform solution design and commercial strategy. • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for customers, internal teams, and industry partners to enhance understanding and adoption of WMA solutions. • Innovation and Product Support: Support new product introduction activities including beta testing, voice-of-customer (VOC) collection, documentation development, and training content creation. • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the WMA Business Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and execute market strategies that improve awareness, positioning, and adoption of WMA in the US. • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCM firms, system integrators, and key customers to drive specifications and successful project execution. • Technical Content Development: Develop application notes, configuration guides, and digital enablement tools to support both internal and external stakeholders. • Networking and Industry Engagement: Attend and present at conferences, trade organizations, and industry events to expand network reach and establish thought leadership in the SUS space. • Communication and Alignment: Ensure seamless coordination between global WMFTS teams and US stakeholders to maintain consistency in messaging, capabilities, and execution. Who you’ll be working with This role is highly cross-functional and requires strong collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and the WMA Business Manager. Success in this role depends on building effective partnerships internally while also developing strong external relationships with customers, EPCM firms, system integrators, and industry organizations. This is what you’ll need to be successful in this role • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to support customer engagement, project execution, and industry events. • Demonstrated track record of successfully growing a Single-Use business, with experience supporting revenue exceeding $5 million. • Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical field required; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical applications, system design, or Single-Use technologies. • Comprehensive knowledge of Single-Use system architecture, configurable fluid path solutions, and engineering design principles. • Proven leadership and problem-solving capabilities with a strong customer-focused mindset. • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence both commercial and technical stakeholders. • Advanced technical consultation skills, including process mapping and workflow optimization. • Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems and team-based project management tools.
