In this project, you’ll help build the martech applications that support marketing operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other major channels. You’ll turn marketing workflows, optimization needs, and client pain points into clear product requirements for Engineering.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">As a Junior Business Analyst, you will </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work with the Product Manager/Owner, business stakeholders, conduct competitor research to understand business needs and ecommerce marketing workflows (e.g., ad campaign setup &amp; adjustments, ad  budget allocation, ecommerce platform rules &amp; limitations, reporting).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analyze, clarify, and document requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
