    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div><p><span><strong>Job Title</strong>: Part-Time Operations Supervisor, Service Center</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Job Summary:</strong></span></p><p><span>This position oversees and is directly involved in more than one of the following operations: Dock, P&amp;D, and Road Dispatch, which includes customer service, productivity, quality freight handling, claims prevention, load average/s, and safety.</span></p><p><span><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Manages, plans, organizes, and directs assigned employees.</span></li><li><span>Manages and implements security and loss prevention procedures.</span></li><li><span>Prepares and manages safety procedures in accordance with TFF and government guidelines.</span></li><li><span>Prepares and implements action plans to ensure the service center achieves planned productivity, load average, cube utilization, and service targets.</span></li><li><span>Works with Central Dispatch to develop a line haul plan to effectively and efficiently move freight to destinations.</span></li><li><span>Schedules employees in accordance with hours planning, TFFs run bid process, and service requirements.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.</span></li><li><span>Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week</span></li><li><span>Have a high school diploma or equivalent</span></li><li><span>Must be 18 years of age or older</span></li><li><span>Previous dock operations and/or supervision experience within the transportation industry - Preferred</span></li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><i><span>&nbsp;</span></i></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p></div>",
