This role collaborates with the maintenance department, Property Manager(s), and other team members to ensure properties are ready for new residents and adhere to Stone &amp; Browning’s cleanliness and presentation standards. </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Travel would be required as we have offices in Berlin &amp; Burlington. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your day-to-day will include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Detailed cleaning of vacated units</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide high-quality cleaning services for third-party clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct scheduled cleaning services for current residents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain the cleanliness of shared spaces, such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A high school diploma or GED is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but optional.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong interpersonal skills for resident and team interactions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Available after-hours/evenings as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must travel between properties and perform hands-on tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Possess and maintain a valid driver's license</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Background check required</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Pay: </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Hourly- $17.50-19 an hour (depending on experience)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Location:</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">In our</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"> Berlin office </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Perks (who doesn’t love perks?):</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">After just 60 days of employment, you get access to all these amazing benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Employer Sponsored Health insurance of $650/month (yes, you read that right!) </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> If you already have coverage through a spouse- don't worry we've got something for you too! $3,000 on a HRA card to help take care of some of your deductible and out of pocket expenses.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Paid time off (10 days + 8 paid holidays per year)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Long &amp; short-term disability coverage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Up to a 4% 401k match (We’ve got your future covered!)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">$25,000 Life Insurance policy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Access to a health and benefits planning consultant</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Vision &amp; dental coverage (through VSP &amp; Northeast Delta Dental) – It’s all affordable with pre-tax payroll deductions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Pet insurance (because your furry friend deserves care too!) pre-tax payroll deduction</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and celebrate diversity.
