    "description": "<p>As a Senior Developer in our Technology team, you will design and build high-performance systems that power our core trading and risk frameworks. Working closely with Quantitative Traders and Quantitative Researchers, you will translate quantitative models and trading strategies into robust, scalable software that operates reliably in real time.</p>\n<p>Your work directly impacts trading performance.
