font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Quality Coordination &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review daily inspection reports from QC/QA inspectors for accuracy and completeness</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Track and maintain logs of all testing and inspection activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Verify Material Receiving Reports (MRRs) to ensure compliance with project specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor and track documentation to ensure timely submission and proper recordkeeping</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Documentation &amp; font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3–5 years of construction experience, preferably in heavy civil or DOT projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience supporting $10M+ projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of ACI, ASTM, and AASHTO standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Effective communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera P6 (Vista experience a plus)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
