      "Value": "<strong>Maintenance Technician - Kennesaw, GA</strong><br><strong>2nd Shift Hours: 3:30pm-12am</strong><br><strong>Starting Wage: $25/hour plus $2 shift differential&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><ul><li>Assist and/or perform all task required as detailed in Preventative Maintenance Plan (per interval).</li><li>Visually inspect equipment parts for damage and proper cleaning.</li><li>Clean, lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of the machinery.</li><li>Assist other maintenance personnel when required with dismantling of defective machines and equipment and assist with installation of new or repaired parts.</li><li>Perform maintenance and repair activities within set budgets for each area and monitor operator conformance to established operating conditions.</li><li>Provide encapsulation equipment training to new and current machine operators.</li><li>Schedule and ensure all preventative maintenance requirements are completed fully as detailed in the Preventative Maintenance Plan.</li><li>Assist in maintaining the appropriate levels of spare parts in stock to minimize downtime.</li><li>Work with Production Planning to schedule all preventative maintenance work while minimizing downtime.</li><li>Prioritize workload and perform repairs in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.</li><li>Learn, operate, and maintain all equipment (encapsulation, tablet process, stick pack, bottling line, etc.) in a safe and productive manner.</li><li>Adhere to company rules and safe work practices throughout each department.</li><li>Keep work area clean and organized.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><strong>Education:</strong><ul><li>Minimum – High School diploma or GED with 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Preferred – Technical degree and/or equivalent experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 4 years+ experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Previous experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is desirable. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Specific skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Superior analytical and multitasking skills.</li><li>Effective time-management skills.</li><li>Requires excellent written and verbal communications.</li><li>Ability to work successfully in a cross functional matrix.
