Assisting and making customers feel appreciated Helping customers learn how to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever and however they want with self-service options, including the BOW mobile app, Bankofwashington.com, and ATMs with expert knowledge in our self-service and newest digital platform Exhibiting strong service skills, presenting consumer-bank focused products and services while proactively educating customers on utilizing available access channels Proactively collaborating with others to help customers and each other Helping build customer relationships by connecting them with team members who can help them address their financial needs Ensuring financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures, regulatory and banking requirements Supporting customers with traditional banking needs and complex service transactions putting their needs at the center of everything Compliance: The employee is responsible and accountable for establishing and following procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory rules and regulations. Actively identifies and mitigates different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, and operational.
