    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Responsible for&nbsp;performing&nbsp;a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled manual labor tasks and other duties as&nbsp;required&nbsp;within the Streets Division of the Public Works Department.&nbsp;
