    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Deepwater Operator A or B is responsible for the start-up, operation, monitoring, and shutdown of process and utility systems. This role ensures that process parameters are maintained within operating requirements, samples are taken and acted upon, and troubleshooting is performed to optimize sales quality and delivery volume. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Start up, operate, monitor, and shut down process and utility systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor, maintain, and optimize process parameters (level, flow, temperature, pressure, etc.) within operating requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure sampling is carried out and sample results are acted upon. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot to maximize sales quality and delivery volume to identify problems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain discharge water quality within current SBMPC or local guidelines. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor and operate electrical/hydraulic control panels, safety and emergency shutdown devices, Fire and Gas Systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure accurate production reporting is submitted daily or as required by the company and client. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Witness third-party calibrations when appropriate to provide verification of meter factors and volumes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prove export oil meters. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Carry out all operations in a safe and environmentally sound manner. Operate offshore production facility in accordance with customer requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Test, calibrate, maintain, and inspect equipment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and government agencies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate logistics for the facility. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Chemical treating and handling. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Facilitate maintenance operations by applying/removing isolations as required. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate under PTW system, Toolbox Talk, and Risk Assessments. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advise maintenance personnel on hazards of plant and equipment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain clear and precise communications during maintenance operations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Control activities of vendor and subcontractor personnel. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Create and maintain effective working relationships. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Create and maintain a positive work culture. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. </li>\n <li>Real ID driver's license or current U.S. passport</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>2-4 years experience working offshore as a production operator. </li>\n <li>Deepwater offshore production operating experience required</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Good experience with Permit to Work. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Medically fit to offshore international standards such as ENG1 or equivalent. </li>\n</ul>",
