FlexForce is a workforce development program created to help current or recently graduated students from an industry related program break into the entertainment technology field, and help existing AV employees grow their skills, build a network, train, and earn cash. Technicians will be expected to meet all criteria including responsibilities, essential functions, safety protocol, personal work ethic, and process/equipment knowledge within each phase of the program.
