This role is also responsible for dispatch with the Branch Manager every morning.  We welcome applicants from various backgrounds that are involved in face-to-face sales and customer service.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Upon hire, you will receive:</em></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive base salary</li>\n<li>Staff Zone company vehicle and gas allowance</li>\n<li>Company cell phone and iPad</li>\n<li>Full and generous benefits package which includes 401(k) with company match</li>\n<li>Training Program and Ongoing Support/Coaching</li>\n<li>Incentive contests and recognition throughout the year for top performers</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Job Requirements:</em></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in sales and/or customer service a plus</li>\n<li>Ability to upsell current business</li>\n<li>Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years)</li>\n<li>Must be able to pass a drug screen</li>\n<li>Must be able to adapt to and perform in inclement weather</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Responsibilities as our Field Service Manager:</em></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage in sales, service, and business development</li>\n<li>Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers, maintain good customer service (12 – 15 site visits a day)</li>\n<li>Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members.</li>\n<li>Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management on a weekly basis.</li>\n<li>Assist with operations at the Branch</li>\n<li>Report to branch daily for dispatch</li>\n<li>Willing to work every third weekend, some holidays as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>About Us:</em></span></p>\n<p>Staff Zone is a nationally accredited woman and privately-owned business that believes in women working in construction!  Staff Zone provides temporary workers for commercial construction, industrial, and special events companies.
