Successful candidates will become a part of that union.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fleet repairs including Frame/Dump body repairs, Dozer ice lugging, Pin lancing, Implement RPRS and Crack gouging/repairs.</li>\n <li>Fabrication of various items, Numbers, signs, Stands or whatever needed for the Maintenance/Ops groups</li>\n <li>Indoors/Outdoors work as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What Makes You The ONE</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Red Seal/Alberta Journeyperson Welder</li>\n <li>Welding truck outfitted with a proper Welding Deck</li>\n <li>Heavy Equipment repair experience required  (Trucks/Dozers/Shovels/Excavators)</li>\n <li>Trained and experienced with Stick, MIG and large wire-feed welders, radiograph, Cooper-heat, Plasma cutter, Lance, overhead and/or mobile truck cranes as well as other tools of the trade</li>\n <li>$5M Liability Insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Summary</h2>\n<p><strong>What's Next</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are chosen to move forward in our hiring process for a site-based role, you will be asked to provide the following:</p>\n<li>Provide a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a recent Driver’s Abstract</li>\n<li>Provide a valid CSO</li>\n<li>Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness (or Wildlife Awareness including Bear Awareness)</li>\n<li>Be subject to Random Testing at: Suncor, Suncor Fort Hills and Kearl sites</li>\n<li>Undergo and successfully pass the following pre-employment testing: </li>\n<li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Breath Alcohol Test</li>\n  <li>Urine Drug Test</li>\n  <li>Fitness-to-Work Health Assessment</li>\n  <li>Audiometric Testing</li>\n  <li>Vision Screening</li>\n  <li>Criminal Record Check</li>\n </ul></li>\n<li> </li>\n<p>Once dispatched the following processes will occur:</p>\n<li>Will receive a call from NACG to set up all required pre-employment testing</li>\n<li>An email will be sent with all required New Hire Paperwork to be filled out</li>\n<li>After all results and paperwork are received by NACG, candidates will be contacted by Site Admin to schedule orientation and confirm your start date and other site-specific details.</li>\n<p><em>Please note: The onboarding process can take anywhere from 3-8 business days.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shift, site, and start times are subject to change.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE, SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED VIA PHONE OR EMAIL.</strong></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>NACG in a Nutshell </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>North American Construction Group (NACG) has served as an industry leader in the heavy construction and mining industries for over 65 years.
