      "text": "What you'll be doing as a Retail Store Associate:",
      "content": "\n<li>&nbsp;</li>\n\n<div>Customer Service:</div>\n\n<li>Warmly greet, and welcome, customers helping create a celebratory environment.</li>\n<li>Check customers in or help them book an appointment leveraging POS, technology and software systems.</li>\n<li>Help customers choose and style their piercing and hypoallergenic non-piercing jewelry.</li>\n<li>Professionally answer customer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details whether on the selling floor or answering phone inquiries.</li>\n\n<div>Sales &amp; Product Knowledge:</div>\n\n<li>Promote and upsell Rowan’s products, including non-piercing jewelry, aftercare kits, and other related items.</li>\n<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rowan’s product offerings, including materials, styles, and care instructions.</li>\n<li>Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics, by effectively communicating the value of Rowan’s services and products to customers and converting piercing customers into non-piercing jewelry customers.</li>\n\n<div>Studio Maintenance + Operations:</div>\n\n<li>Help keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary supplies, including jewelry, piercing and cleaning products.</li>\n<li>Follow all health and safety regulations, particularly in areas related to piercing procedures and hygiene.</li>\n<li>Assist managers to receive, restock, price, display, clean, and maintain inventory through day-to-day upkeep of visual displays.</li>\n\n<div>Team Collaboration:</div>\n\n<li>Work closely with Studio Manager and Studio Nurse Piercers to provide seamless service to customers.</li>\n<li>Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and product knowledge.</li>\n<li>Support the team in achieving studio-wide goals and maintaining a positive work environment.</li>\n\n<div>Administrative Duties:</div>\n\n<li>Process transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges.</li>\n<li>Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and replenishing displays as needed.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate customer records, including consent and waiver forms and aftercare instructions.</li>\n"
