    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Lead Control Systems Engineers are responsible for designing and leading Power and Energy Automation projects. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership & Sales Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide technical guidance and act as a part of the leadership team</li>\n <li>Identify and assign tasks within the project team</li>\n <li>Assist with change order generation by estimating hardware costs and the engineering effort required for changes in</li>\n <li>project scope</li>\n <li>Maintain relationships with existing customers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Instrumentation & Electrical Design</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create instrument lists by examining P&ID drawings</li>\n <li>Evaluate instrumentation and select devices appropriate for the project</li>\n <li>Evaluate and select controls hardware appropriate for the project</li>\n <li>Compile submittal documentation for controls and instrument hardware</li>\n <li>Create panel layouts and electrical schematics for controls enclosures</li>\n <li>Procure project hardware</li>\n <li>Provide technical support for panel fabrication technicians</li>\n <li>Inspect completed control enclosures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>System Design and Configuration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead customer design review meetings</li>\n <li>Configure PLC and/or DCS control algorithms</li>\n <li>Configure user interface and HMI screens</li>\n <li>Execute internal functional and quality control testing</li>\n <li>Draft system documentation</li>\n <li>Assist is customer demonstrations and acceptance testing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Onsite System Startup</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Install project software and configuration onto site systems</li>\n <li>Participate in point to point loop checks for all instrumentation</li>\n <li>Perform software calibration and tuning</li>\n <li>Conduct functional tests of all systems</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot installation discrepancies</li>\n <li>Support additional customer testing</li>\n <li>Program field modifications as required</li>\n <li>Train customer representatives on operations and maintenance of system</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The role requires travel to different facilities for installation, commissioning, maintenance, or troubleshooting</li>\n <li>May include working in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure 24/7 coverage at times</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or related Technical Degree</li>\n <li>3+ years of experience in related field/industry</li>\n <li>Controls Experience in at least one of the following:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Rockwell: FactoryTalk Suite, RS Logix/Studio 5000, familiarity with PlantPAx DCS</li>\n   <li>AVEVA System Platform</li>\n   <li>Inductive Ignition Perspective</li>\n   <li>Distech: Experience with BACnet and LON Distech controllers, Eclypse Controllers</li>\n   <li>Other useful technologies include:\n    <ul>\n     <li>Johnson Controls: Facility Explorer or Metasys controllers</li>\n     <li>Siemens: Experienced with Apogee (PXC), Talon Controllers, DXR controllers, Desigo CC or Insight</li>\n     <li>Tridium: Niagara N4</li>\n     <li>SQL</li>\n     <li>Scripting languages (VBA, Python, etc.)</li>\n     <li>Knowledge of Kepware OPC server, ThinManager, VMware is preferred</li>\n    </ul></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & Benefits Highlights</h2>\n<p>Pay Range: $80K - $130K</p>",
