Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse(s), directs and guides patient teaching and activities that commensurate with his/her education and demonstrated competencies. </p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li> Assist in the assessment and planning of individual treatment programs for patients, consulting with relevant staff members as needed. </li>\n <li> Implement individualized treatment programs as directed by Health Care Practitioner, administering medications and obtaining diagnostic tests in accordance with orders and protocols. </li>\n <li> Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols, including proper safety techniques, procedures and standard precautions. </li>\n <li> Respond to patient crises as set forth by site policy and procedure, and assist Health Care Practitioner in medical procedures as necessary. </li>\n <li> Document nursing encounters using SOAP form of charting, attend mandatory staff meetings and training, and communicate information to relevant staff members as necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></h2>\n<p>Education</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Licenses/Certifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer</strong></h2>\n<p>We are committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of uniqueness.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We celebrate a variety of backgrounds and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We encourage you to apply!</strong> If you are excited about a role but your experience doesn’t seem to align perfectly with every element of the job description, we encourage you to apply.
