    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Title</span>: Finance Lead</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Department</span>: Finance</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location</span>: Warri</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Directly Reports to</span>: Senior Accountant - Payables and Inventory</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Indirectly Reports to</span>: Country Finance Manager.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Accountabilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversees the Accounts Payable processes for all Field operations and Manpower service providers</li>\n<li>Performs treasury functions such as payment requisitions and oversees the petty cash &amp; cash advance processes for Field operations</li>\n<li>Monthly and annual accruals Management and review for Field operations and related activities</li>\n<li>Creditors ledger management</li>\n<li>Journals management, Open Item Managed Account allocations</li>\n<li>Liaison with internal &amp; external stakeholders on finance-related matters</li>\n<li>Balance sheet reconciliations</li>\n<li>Any other finance activities as assigned by manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Qualification</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.</li>\n<li>5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the oil and gas industry.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.</li>\n<li>Excellent financial skills using tools such as Excel.</li>\n<li>SUN System User preferred</li>\n<li>Proficient in financial accounting principles and practices.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to technical and non-technical audiences.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n<li>Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Nigerian oil and gas industry (a plus).</li>\n</ul>",
