The Head Bartender will have extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktail and menu creation, and professional bartending technique. You will be responsible for training and maintaining service levels of all bar staff, managing stock levels, ordering products, and monthly inventory control. Providing staff with systems and standard operating procedures, as well as driving, upselling, and increasing bar sales. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(44, 50, 65); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">To succeed as Head Bartender, you should have a neat appearance and engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable. Provide and maintain a positive working environment for your team by instilling transparent and open communication at all times. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(44, 50, 65); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Head Bartender Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensuring your bar team follows service protocols at all times.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide effective training to the bar team regularly. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Oversee the daily workflow of the department.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure bar stock information is updated regularly and communicated to the bar team, front support staff and company management. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Update the POS system to reflect stock items and any price changes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide a monthly inventory report on time.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Consult with the Events Manager on any upcoming events, cocktail specifications, and preferences. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide Custom cocktail menus to any special events if necessary. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Updated cocktail menus in relation to stock, pricing and new additions or revisions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure the standards of content are met in regard to cocktails, global brand recognition, sufficient price level options and presentation of drinks and garnishes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist in receiving deliveries, including container imports and warehouse stock as needed. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Bartender Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">High School Diploma or equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of 5 years related experience, with advanced cocktail knowledge and experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills with attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Time management and meeting deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prioritize tasks and delegate them to your team as necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to function in a high paced and at times stressful environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Basic computer and math skills, and Microsoft office proficiency. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Salary : minimum $9 per hour + Grats and side tips.</span></p>",
