      "text": "Experience, Education and Skills",
      "content": "\n<li>Minimum <strong>2-year technical degree</strong> (Fluid Power preferred); <strong>B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering</strong> a plus</li>\n<li><strong>2+ years of experience</strong> designing hydraulic systems or applications for industrial and/or mobile equipment</li>\n<li>Strong foundation in <strong>fluid power principles and system design</strong></li>\n<li>Ability to think creatively and engineer solutions that balance performance, reliability, and cost</li>\n<li>Experience using <strong>AutoCAD and SolidWorks</strong></li>\n<li>Fluid Power Certification preferred</li>\n<li>Prior experience with an <strong>industrial distributor</strong> is a plus</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel to support customers and sales teams throughout <strong>WA, OR, UT, ID</strong> (and surrounding regions as needed)</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license</li>\n"
