Come join us!</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><u>How you will enjoy your day</u>: Provide and facilitate excellent food and beverage service to our guests in an expedient, professional and courteous manner. &nbsp;Assist servers with food service.</p><p><u>Work Performed</u>:</p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Arrive at scheduled start time, ready to work</li><li>Uniform must be neat and pressed and must be in compliance with all Uniform Standards and guidelines. Company grooming standards followed at all times</li><li>Complete all pre and post shift side-work assignments</li><li>Complete knowledge of all Caf&eacute; menus, Juice Bar menus, wine lists, etc&hellip;</li><li>Complete knowledge of server stations (floor map)</li><li>Prepare teas and coffees</li><li>Assist the server with the expedition of food to the tables</li><li>Serve guests and internal employees in established standards</li><li>Refill nonalcoholic beverages</li><li>Clear tables appropriate to the course.</li><li>Communicate constantly to the server (especially &nbsp;all &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;guest needs)</li><li>Recognize guests by name using names whenever possible</li><li>Thank guests for dining with us</li><li>Assist Juice Bar attendant when available</li><li>Completely set tables with all items including proper, polished service ware</li><li>Report any guest dissatisfaction, mishandled order and opportunities to management in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain par levels supplies</li><li>Keep work station clean at all times</li><li>Read all memos</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and co-workers</li><li>Report to Restaurant Manager or Supervisor before ending work shift</li><li>Act as an ambassador of Enchantment Resort and Mii amo by speaking positively of the property at all times</li><li>Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting co-workers and other departments as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction</li><li>Knowledge of Resort layout, amenities, hours of operations, special attractions and occasions</li><li>Work efficiently and as a team</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Minimum Requirements</u>:</p><p>High school diploma or equivalent. &nbsp;Must work well with or without direct supervision. &nbsp;Must be neat and well groomed at all times. &nbsp;Needs to be flexible, self motivated, positive and have a professional attitude towards guests, co-worker and management. &nbsp;Must maintain current food handler&rsquo;s certification. &nbsp; Prior busser experience desired. &nbsp; English skills necessary to communicate with guests &nbsp;</p><p><u>Physical Requirements</u>:</p><p>Lifting &amp; carrying up to 45 lbs.</p><p>50% Walking</p><p>35% Bending &amp; lifting</p><p>15% Standing</p><p>Hearing and manual dexterity</p><p>Distance vision 1-3 feet</p><p>Use of cleaning solutions</p></div></div></div>\n",
