Plumbing is the foundation of our company and we take pride in training and retaining the best plumbers this side of the Rocky Mountains. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU'LL DO: </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Drive Strategy &amp; Growth: </span>Develop and execute plans to grow the plumbing division, expand market share, and strengthen our presence in Northwest Montana</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Own Financial Performance: </span>Manage P&amp;L, budgets, forecasting, billing, and contracts to ensure profitability and financial health</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead Project Execution: </span>Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams across commercial plumbing projects - ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Optimize Operations: </span>Manage manpower, scheduling, and backlog while tracking KPIs to maximize efficiency and productivity</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Build Teams &amp; Relationships: </span>Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while building strong relationships with clients, GCs, and industry partners</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU BRING: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field</li>\n<li>Proven leadership experience in mechanical/plumbing contracting, with strong knowledge of preconstruction and project execution</li>\n<li>Track record managing budgets, P&amp;L, and financial forecasting</li>\n<li>Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams</li>\n<li>Effective problem-solver and decision-maker focused on results</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of industry codes, regulations, and safety standards</li>\n<li>Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office</li>\n<li>PMP, CM-Lean, or similar certifications are a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BENEFITS &amp; PERKS</span><br></p>\n<p><span>At Williams, we take care of our team with competitive benefits, growth opportunities, and a culture that values work-life balance.
