Our team members are drawn from diverse backgrounds, offering a variety of perspectives that help Acrow develop creative, innovative solutions in collaboration with our clients and stakeholders.&nbsp;</p><p>With a global mindset and project experience in more than 150 countries, the Acrow team is proud to deliver on its shared mission of building bridges and connecting people, leaving a legacy of partnership and purpose.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Title: Field Service Representative</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Remote - United States</strong></p><p><strong>Primary Purpose:</strong></p><p>Ensure that training and guidance are provided to the customer resulting in assembly and erection of Acrow products in accordance with relevant company design standards and procedures.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Function as principal advisor to customers for on-site activities in accordance with bridge erection and removals</li><li>Partner with customers and engineering team on bridge reconnaissance, site selection and site prep coordination</li><li>Understand all safety procedures and ensure safe work practices are followed to maintain a safe work environment</li><li>Manage required project documents to ensure completion of project on time</li><li>Perform customer training as required in a classroom / yard environment</li><li>Understand and adhere to all Acrow&rsquo;s policies and applicable laws</li><li>This position requires a significant amount of travel to Acrow locations or Customer Sites. Travel may be global and inclusive of remote locations and at times accompanied by military personnel.</li><li>Perform other duties as required&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Knowledge: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Strong work ethic with ability to adapt to quickly changing business environment</li><li>Excellent customer service skills&nbsp;</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Capable of organizing customer project tracking and multiple tasks</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Possess a sense of urgency</li><li>Sound decision making skills</li><li>Able to work with a diverse group of people</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Education and Experience:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil/Construction Technology and 2-4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills and Knowledge:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>NCO level with an MRBC unit or equivalent</li><li>Experience in the Bridge Engineers division of one of the armed services directing soldiers or personnel in the development of bridge and construction projects<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Work is typically performed in a field environment which requires proper safety precautions. &nbsp;Work requires some physical effort in the handling of materials, boxes, or equipment.
