We deliver trust, certainty and value to our clients while embracing innovation and shaping the future of construction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3><strong>Site Management and Delivery</strong></h3>\n<p>Lead and manage all site-based construction activities, ensuring safe, efficient and timely project execution across all work fronts.</p>\n<p>Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and direct site labour, driving productivity, quality and adherence to programme targets.</p>\n<p>Monitor installation progress against the project schedule, proactively identifying risks, constraints and delays, and escalating key issues with proposed mitigation strategies to project leadership.</p>\n<p>Ensure all works are delivered in line with the project programme, contract specifications, approved drawings and applicable industry standards.</p>\n<h3><strong>Quality, Safety and Compliance</strong></h3>\n<p>Champion and enforce a strong health, safety and environmental culture across all site activities, ensuring compliance through visible leadership and proactive management.</p>\n<p>Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements and project-specific standards, maintaining audit-ready documentation at all stages.</p>\n<p>Review, challenge and approve method statements, risk assessments, ITPs and testing documentation to ensure robust quality assurance and control.</p>\n<p>Lead and support pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover phases, including coordination of witness testing, system validation and final sign-off.</p>\n<h3><strong>Coordination and Communication</strong></h3>\n<p>Coordinate closely with all trades and disciplines to ensure seamless integration, effective sequencing and timely delivery of works.</p>\n<p>Lead site coordination meetings, providing clear direction on progress, risks, priorities and mitigation actions.</p>\n<p>Act as the primary site interface for subcontractors, client representatives and consultants, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of technical and delivery issues.</p>\n<p>Maintain strong communication with project management, delivering accurate and structured reporting on progress, risks, resources and overall project performance.</p>\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<h3><strong>Essential</strong></h3>\n<p>Strong technical knowledge of construction systems and methodologies across large-scale projects, including building services, controls and life safety systems.</p>\n<p>Proven track record managing construction delivery in a live project environment.</p>\n<p>Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work fronts.</p>\n<p>Strong organisational, problem-solving and reporting skills with a high level of attention to detail.</p>\n<p>Good knowledge of health, safety and environmental compliance within the construction industry.</p>\n<h3><strong>Desirable</strong></h3>\n<p>Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, data centre or advanced manufacturing environments.</p>\n<p>Familiarity with commissioning, FAT/SAT and validation processes within complex project environments.</p>\n<p>Knowledge of integrated building systems and modern construction technologies.</p>\n<p>Experience using digital project delivery tools (e.g. BIM, field-based applications, progress tracking systems).</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3><strong>Essential</strong></h3>\n<p>Degree, diploma or trade qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Services or an equivalent technical discipline.</p>\n<p>Demonstrated experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar site leadership role on Tier 1 projects.</p>\n<p>Relevant health and safety training (e.g. Safe Pass, CSCS or equivalent).</p>\n<h3><strong>Desirable</strong></h3>\n<p>Chartered status or working towards membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. Engineers Ireland, CIOB or equivalent).</p>\n<p>Postgraduate qualification in construction or project management.</p>\n<p>Specialist training in regulated environments (e.g. GMP compliance, cleanroom standards).</p>\n<h2>Additional Information</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Salary</li>\n <li>26 days annual leave </li>\n <li>Pension and benefits</li>\n <li>Unlimited learning and development opportunities</li>\n <li>Much more</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our People and Recruitment Commitment</strong></p>\n<p>At Sisk Group our people are at the heart of our success.
