    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>This position will support the People Services and Accounts Payable functions for Tributer Resort.  The ideal candidate will have some combination of human resources generalist and accounts payable experience.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>People Services/Human Resources:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the property leaders and team members in the areas of human resources, i.e. recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, benefits, etc. </li>\n <li>Provide HR generalist support to property People Services leaders as requested/needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Accounts Payable:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the property with timely and accurate payment of designated accounts, including but not limited to: keying invoices, expense report on a weekly basis; process weekly check runs; review vendor statements and reconcile any disputes, create new vendor accounts, print checks and obtain signatures, etc.  </li>\n <li>Work with property managers to ensure all bills are received and paid in a prompt manner</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Any combination of education and experience equivalent to college degree or any other combination of training or experience that equates to the required knowledge, skills and abilities</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years in HR Generalist role, preferred and/or 2 years experience in Accounts Payable</li>\n <li>Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, etc.</li>\n <li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS), HRIS (UKG), Craftable, etc. preferred, but must have the ability to learn human resources and payroll related systems</li>\n <li>Must have excellent team member relations skills</li>\n <li>Hospitality experience, preferred</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>As a valued member of the Tributer team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.</li>\n <li>Participation in a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursement</li>\n <li>An employee assistance program.</li>\n <li>Paid time off/sick time</li>\n <li>Participation in a 401(k) plan with a company match.</li>\n <li>Team Member Free Room Night Program.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Join us in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, building vibrant communities, and shaping the future of travel and hospitality.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Wage Range:</strong> $31 – $35 per hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Tributer Resort, Mineral, VA.</p>",
