Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supports and drafts program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives</li>\n <li> Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as:\n  <ul>\n   <li> Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR)</li>\n   <li> Procurement Initiation Document (PID)</li>\n   <li> Performance Work Statement (PWS)</li>\n   <li> Funding documents</li>\n   <li> Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)</li>\n   <li> Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li> Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements</li>\n <li> Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards</li>\n <li> Foreign military sales (FMS)/international products experience is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years’ experience performing duties described in the functional descriptionhttps://brandesassociates.icims.com/icims2/servlet/icims2?module=AppProfileEdit&action=switchEditTab&hashed=-327450308&type=next#!</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening—for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informal</li>\n <li>Ability to perform all functional duties independently, self-starter</li>\n <li>Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Microsoft Project 2016; and Adobe Acrobat (reader and pro)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years’ of experience supporting NAVAIR to include ACAT acquisition milestone documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Degree: </strong>MA/MS degree.</p>\n<p><strong>Allowable Substitution: </strong>Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree, or six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.</p>\n<p><strong>CLEARANCE</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Condition of Employment:</strong>  Applicant must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
