American Communities is seeking a <strong>Maintenance Technician</strong> to support daily property operations and help ensure our community remains a great place to call home.</p><p>In this role, you&#39;ll assist with apartment turns, perform general maintenance and repairs, and help maintain the appearance and functionality of the property.
