One shift facility</p>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong> Starting at $25.00 per hour (based on experience)</p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p>\n<p>Mechanical Rubber Texas is looking for an experienced Lead Plastic Injection Molding </p>\n<p><strong>Operator</strong> who can run machines, solve problems on the floor, and help lead a small team. This is a working lead position — you’ll be hands-on with setups, mold changes, and troubleshooting while keeping production moving and quality on point.</p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>After 90 days:</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Company-paid dental insurance</li>\n  <li>Company-paid vision insurance</li>\n  <li>Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)</li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>After 1 year:</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Life insurance</li>\n  <li>401(k) with employer match</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up and run plastic injection molding machines</li>\n <li>Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot machine, mold, material, and part issues</li>\n <li>Lead and support operators during daily production</li>\n <li>Make sure parts meet quality requirements</li>\n <li>Watch cycle times, scrap, and overall production flow</li>\n <li>Train operators on proper setup, operation, and safety</li>\n <li>Work with maintenance and supervisors to fix issues fast</li>\n <li>Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized</li>\n <li>Complete basic production and quality paperwork</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>5+ years of hands-on plastic injection molding experience</li>\n   <li>Previous lead experience or someone ready to step into a lead role</li>\n   <li>Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical ability</li>\n   <li>Comfortable working on the floor and leading by example</li>\n   <li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods</li>\n   <li>Good communication and a team-first attitude</li>\n  </ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Rubber or elastomer molding experience</li>\n   <li>Preventive maintenance experience</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Profile</h2>\n<p>We are a business-to-business custom rubber manufacturer serving a wide range of industries.
