Goldberg, CEO/Founder&nbsp;</p><p>As an <strong>Audio</strong> <strong>QC Operations Supervisor,&nbsp;</strong>you will perform duties to plan, manage, and direct the daily workload of Quality Control Technicians including the accuracy, proper functionality, and technical integrity of each equipment order, working within the limits of standard or accepted company practices.</p><p>Duties would include, but not limited to: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Manage the warehouse technical QC support area in the planning, preparing, scheduling, testing, and troubleshooting of technical equipment required for events.</li><li>Work as a team leader to achieve show requirements and event success for our clients.</li><li>Request, Obtain, Review, and implement event paperwork, schedules, orders, transfers, and other similar documentation.</li><li>Interview, select, train, assign, monitor, and manage the activities of location&rsquo;s QC staff. &nbsp;Explain work, monitor work quality, and assist to resolve operational problems.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and lead communication channels with operations and sales team. &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain inventory and communicate all damage or inventory concerns to supervisors. &nbsp;</li><li>Conduct regular inventories including cycle and consumable counts.</li><li>Be safety conscious. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Promote safety with all team members and in every situation.</li><li>Assist sales team to build client relationships during events. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Minimum qualifications &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree preferred</li><li>Flexible Work Schedule - Nights/Weekends</li><li>3-5 years experience in Quality Control or on show site</li><li>Experience supervising teams</li></ul><p>We are looking for passionate individuals who are inspired to go the extra mile while cultivating professional relationships with colleagues and clients and are innovative to provide the best service in the Audiovisual market.
