We are committed to attracting a team that is passionate, innovative, and committed to meeting our customer&rsquo;s needs.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As a <strong>Plant Maintenance Manager</strong>, you will lead and direct the plant&rsquo;s maintenance function in a dynamic 24/6 operation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Quality Assurance and Operations, to promote and support food safety, product quality, and operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in developing your team through coaching, training, and hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems. This is a critical position responsible for ensuring equipment effectiveness, proper maintenance protocols, and the overall upkeep of the facility and grounds.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Pay: Please submit your compensation range with your resume.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What we look for:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience in maintenance or a related field.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, including the ability to read schematics.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to foster collaboration across teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and equipment management.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">SAFETY FIRST.
