This role is ideal for early‑career scientific professionals who enjoy hands‑on lab work and are passionate about enabling customer success and product excellence.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, including light scattering systems and related equipment.</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for ordering laboratory supplies and receiving customer samples.</li>\n <li>Coordinate safe handling and disposal of laboratory waste in partnership with HSE.</li>\n <li>Resolve routine laboratory and instrument issues; coordinate service visits and preventative maintenance as needed.</li>\n <li>Conduct routine laboratory experiments and standardized procedures to support application development.</li>\n <li>Accurately document experimental procedures, observations, and results.</li>\n <li>Support cross functional teams with instrument setup, sample preparation, and testing activities.</li>\n <li>Assist with internal and external training activities.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with scientists and engineers on feasibility studies and product soak testing.</li>\n <li>Provide input on opportunities to improve laboratory workflows, organization, and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Postsecondary degree in a scientific or technical discipline.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and standard lab practices.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.</li>\n <li>Experience working in a scientific, technical, or laboratory environment preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Company Description</h2>\n<p>Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT)  is a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, dedicated to accelerating the benefits of pioneering science through analytical technologies, informatics, and service.
