It is not a full-time position at this time. Hours are not guaranteed, work may be limited in the beginning, and future opportunities may become available based on business needs, client demand, performance, availability, location, and qualifications.</p><p>This is an unarmed security role. Employees may only perform assignments they are authorized, qualified, and approved to perform under applicable Michigan law, company policy, and client requirements.</p><h2>What You’ll Do</h2><ul><li>Perform unarmed mobile security assignments at client locations</li><li>Maintain a visible, professional, and courteous security presence</li><li>Observe, document, and report incidents, safety concerns, suspicious activity, or unusual conditions</li><li>Accept assignment opportunities when available, qualified, and nearby</li><li>Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, clients, and team members</li><li>Follow post orders, client instructions, company policies, and applicable legal requirements</li><li>Complete activity logs, incident reports, and assignment documentation as required</li><li>Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients, staff, residents, visitors, or the public</li><li>Represent Advanced Sentry LLC in a professional manner at all times while on assignment</li></ul><h2>Work Structure</h2><ul><li>W-2, part-time, variable-hour role</li><li>Flexible, on-call assignment opportunities</li><li>No guaranteed hours or fixed schedule</li><li>Work may be limited in the beginning</li><li>Assignments are offered as client needs arise</li><li>Employees may accept opportunities when they are available, qualified, and able to respond</li><li>The app may notify closer, qualified, or more available mobile responders first</li><li>Keeping the app active to receive opportunities is voluntary unless otherwise stated in writing for a paid assignment or paid scheduled period</li><li>Employees are paid for approved compensable time worked on active assignments</li><li>Future opportunities may become available based on business needs, performance, reliability, availability, location, qualifications, and client demand</li></ul><h2>Important App and Availability Notice</h2><p>This role uses an app or dispatch system to notify eligible employees of available assignment opportunities.</p><p>Having the app on does not guarantee work.
