This role will assist in all activities of our Squads and Express Packages team in Boston.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Daily Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sort, prepare labels, and ship packages every night.</li>\n<li>Solve various client issues on a nightly basis.</li>\n<li>Serve as back-up walking courier.</li>\n<li>Perform data entry.</li>\n<li>Opening/Closing the office/facility</li>\n<li>Assisting with customer support tickets </li>\n<li>Process Asset Returns</li>\n<li>Process AM Field Ops Export/NFO/Import Documents</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Preferred Experience:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years previous experience</li>\n<li>Military experience is a plus</li>\n<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Keen attention to detail</li>\n<li>Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Additional Preferred Skills:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Be engaged, proactive, and highly motivated.</li>\n<li>Positive attitude</li>\n</ul>",
