The Customer Service Representative will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position pays $23.50 / hour and is located at the Avon Enterprise location at 47 E Beaver Creek Blvd, Avon CO 81620.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule Available: </strong>Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n <li>Employee rental car discounts</li>\n <li>Retirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharing</li>\n <li>Health Insurance</li>\n <li>Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Dental Insurance</li>\n <li>Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Training and development</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement Opportunities </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors</li>\n <li>Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned</li>\n <li>Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone</li>\n <li>Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner</li>\n <li>Provide directions and general assistance</li>\n <li>Assist to assess condition of rental upon return</li>\n <li>Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions</li>\n <li>Effectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed</li>\n <li>Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services</li>\n <li>May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment</li>\n <li>Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance</li>\n <li>Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed</li>\n <li>Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future</li>\n <li>Must have at least 6 months customer service experience in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li><p>Must have worked 12 (twelve) months or more at most recent employer</p></li>\n</ul>",
