    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Financial Systems Administration &amp; Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Administer and maintain Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and FDMEE (Data Management), ensuring system performance, stability, and reliability.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide day-to-day support for the Hyperion HFM corporate consolidation system, including metadata maintenance, reporting, journal entries, and financial adjustments.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot system, data, and reporting issues while maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide end-user support and resolve issues related to Hyperion applications and reporting tools.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Oracle EPM Conversion &amp; Data Validation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the migration and conversion of Hyperion HFM to Oracle EPM.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform data validation, reconciliation, and testing activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness during the conversion process.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to manage data integration between Hyperion systems and other financial platforms.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Identify, analyze, and resolve data inconsistencies and system issues during implementation and ongoing operations.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting &amp; Financial Analysis</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports using Hyperion SmartView, Oracle EPM, and other reporting tools.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Create and maintain cash flow roll-forward schedules, including data entry, validation, and reconciliation activities.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Support management reporting and financial analysis to assist business decision-making.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Process Improvement &amp; Documentation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase operational efficiency and reporting effectiveness.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to implement automation and streamline financial processes.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, system configurations, procedures, and user guides.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist with establishing best practices for financial systems governance and reporting standards.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>User Training &amp; Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide training and guidance to end-users on Hyperion applications, SmartView reporting, and financial systems processes.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and external consultants to support system initiatives and reporting requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Serve as a key resource for financial systems knowledge and troubleshooting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education &amp; Experience</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Hyperion HFM and/or Oracle EPM.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience with FDMEE (Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition/Data Management).&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of consolidation accounting and financial reporting processes.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Hyperion SmartView.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer support skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Skills</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting financial system implementations, upgrades, or migrations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Knowledge of enterprise financial close and consolidation processes.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise financial reporting platforms.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience developing process documentation and conducting user training sessions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This is a temporary position expected to last 3 to 6 months</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Onsite / Hybrid work</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Safety Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<p>All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
