    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The region’s leading provider of integrated behavioral and primary health care is seeking an integrated outpatient clinician to work with our clients for co-occurring (Mental Health & Substance Use) services in Granite City, IL. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position will be Mon-Fri, and will work flexible day time shifts. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $44,400 - $50,575 annual salary. </strong></p>\n<p><em>There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity. </em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This role is Student Loan Repayment Eligible.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>National Health Service Corp (NHSC) LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM - </strong>The NHSC LRP offers up to $100,000 for providers working in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) in Illinois.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Conducted comprehensive mental health assessments and developed tailored, individualized treatment plans for a diverse client base.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provided evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment for recovery.</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitored treatment plan milestones to ensure timely service delivery and clinical progress.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintained meticulous clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes) in strict accordance with OMH, JCAHO, and Chestnut Health Systems standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Acted as a primary point of contact for client collaterals, including probation officers, psychiatrists, and family members, to ensure holistic care.</p></li>\n <li><p>Served as a peer leader and clinical mentor, providing guidance and informal supervision to junior staff and interns.</p></li>\n <li><p>Managed intern recruitment and university relations; facilitated specialized trainings for staff and community partners.</p></li>\n <li><p>Upheld rigorous standards regarding client confidentiality (HIPAA), professional boundaries, and organizational security.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform initial diagnostic assessments and create individualized treatment protocols.</p></li>\n <li><p>Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field with at least 1,000 hours of supervised mental health experience. </li>\n <li>Must be willing to be trained in the Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA).  </li>\n <li>Must obtain CRA certification within 3 months following training.  </li>\n <li>Basic computer skills and experience to include MS Word, Outlook, Teams, email and an electronic medical record (EMR). </li>\n <li>Must be willing and able to offer telehealth services, as dictated by funding sources, client needs/desires and supervisory assignment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Are you intrigued by this job but don’t meet every single requirement?</em> Research shows that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs when that’s the case.
