This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in developing others, solving problems, and helping a team succeed every day.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Do</strong></p><p>As a Production Team Lead, you&#39;ll serve as the frontline leader for your assigned production area. You&#39;ll work closely with your Production Supervisor to keep operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.</p><p>This is a working leadership role&mdash;you&#39;ll spend time coaching and supporting your team while also stepping in to operate equipment or assist with production whenever needed to keep the operation moving.</p><p>Your responsibilities include:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lead by example in safety, quality, attendance, and teamwork.</li><li>Coach, train, and support production team members to achieve daily goals.</li><li>Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team environment.</li><li>Ensure work is performed according to Standard Work Instructions, process specifications, and quality requirements.</li><li>Verify team members are properly trained before performing assigned work.</li><li>Coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.</li><li>Monitor production performance and quickly respond to issues that impact output.</li><li>Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials to solve problems and improve processes.</li><li>Assist with process start-up, changeovers, and production flow throughout the shift.</li><li>Jump into production and operate equipment as needed to support the team and maintain workflow.</li><li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement better ways of working.</li><li>Complete production documentation and communicate important information to leadership.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>What Makes You Successful</strong></p><p>Successful Team Leads are more than great operators&mdash;they&#39;re coaches who enjoy helping others succeed.</p><p><strong>We&#39;re looking for someone who:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Leads with integrity and earns the respect of their teammates.</li><li>Communicates clearly and positively.</li><li>Takes ownership and solves problems without waiting to be asked.</li><li>Stays calm and organized in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li><li>Is willing to coach others while continuing to learn and grow personally.</li><li>Can balance hands-on production work with leadership responsibilities.</li><li>Leads by serving the team rather than directing from the sidelines.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>Manufacturing experience required.</li><li>Demonstrated technical knowledge of the production area you&#39;ll support.</li><li>Previous leadership, mentoring, or training experience is preferred.</li><li>Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.</li><li>Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA requirements is a plus.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Hexagon Agility?</strong></p><p>At Hexagon Agility, we believe our people are our greatest competitive advantage.
