    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>DecisionPoint seeks a <strong>Senior Developer (CMS)</strong> to lead design, development, and integration of enterprise-level case management system components supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This role focuses on building secure, scalable, and compliant applications that automate business processes, enhance workflow efficiency, and maintain operational continuity across multiple mission partners. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Developer will play a critical role in developing new features, integrating APIs, and maintaining high availability and data integrity across multiple cloud-hosted Impact Levels (IL2–IL5). </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This position is fully remote. </em></p>\n<h2>Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Developer, Senior (CMS)</strong> will: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead full-stack software development for case management and workflow automation modules. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement <strong>microservices-based architecture</strong> supporting modular, scalable functionality across CMA systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and integrate <strong>RESTful APIs</strong> enabling data synchronization between user interfaces, reporting dashboards, and backend services. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop <strong>secure, responsive front-end components</strong> aligned with human-centered design principles to optimize user interaction and accessibility. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and system administrators to implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (<strong>CI/CD</strong>) pipelines. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure code and configuration compliance with <strong>DoD cybersecurity baselines</strong>, including DISA STIG and RMF standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Optimize <strong>data access and application performance</strong> through caching, indexing, and asynchronous service calls. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Create and maintain <strong>automated unit, integration, and regression tests</strong> to support Agile delivery cycles. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in <strong>Agile ceremonies</strong> (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure iterative delivery and continuous feedback integration. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support deployment readiness by ensuring baseline documentation, configuration tracking, and version control are complete and current. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct <strong>peer code reviews</strong>, identify improvement opportunities, and mentor junior developers. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot application defects and performance issues, providing Tier 3 support during critical incidents. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with business analysts and end users to ensure functional designs align with mission workflows. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Clearance Requirement:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must hold an active <strong>Secret clearance.</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum <strong>7 years of experience</strong> in full-stack software development for enterprise or federal systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience developing in <strong>AWS GovCloud or similar IL-classified cloud environments.</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated success implementing <strong>workflow-driven case management systems</strong> in Agile or DevSecOps environments. </li>\n <li><strong>OutSystems</strong> experience is strongly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong proficiency with <strong>Java, C#, or Python</strong>, and frameworks such as <strong>Spring Boot, .NET Core, or Django</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with <strong>JavaScript frameworks</strong> (React, Angular, or Vue) for dynamic, data-driven UI development. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in <strong>SQL and NoSQL databases</strong>, including schema design, optimization, and migration. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>API design, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD automation tools</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding of <strong>DoD STIGs, data encryption, and cross-domain data exchange protocols.</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications (Preferred):</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>AWS Certified Developer – Associate or Solutions Architect. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570 certification. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) or similar Agile certification. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a cloud-first, security-focused environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across technical and functional teams. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Detail-oriented approach to coding, testing,
