Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The Analyst – Internal Audit will report to the <strong>Team Lead – Audit & Compliance</strong> and support Internal audit, SOX testing and inventory count related activities for LII, while working closely with the <strong>Corporate Audit team in the United States</strong>. This role provides hands‑on exposure to internal audits, operational audits, and SOX compliance within a global manufacturing environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute audit assignments as directed by Corporate Audit, including planning, fieldwork, documentation, and reporting support</li>\n <li>Assist <strong>physical inventory count</strong> by performing inventory reconciliations and related documentation.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross‑functional business partners to understand processes, identify risks, determine root causes, and recommend practical control and process improvements.</li>\n <li>Prepare and review audit documentation, including <strong>process narratives, flowcharts, and working papers</strong>, ensuring consistency with audit standards and internal methodologies.</li>\n <li>Participate in <strong>domestic and international audits</strong>, identifying control gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvements.</li>\n <li>Support <strong>Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX)</strong> compliance activities, including control design review, walkthroughs, testing, and documentation</li>\n <li>Regularly interface with business teams to communicate observations, recommendations, and remediation actions clearly and effectively. </li>\n <li>Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet evolving business and audit needs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum <strong>3 years of relevant experience</strong> in internal or external audit.</li>\n <li>Professional certifications <strong>(CA, CIA, CPA, CISA)</strong> preferred or currently pursuing.</li>\n <li>Hands‑on experience in: </li>\n <li>Internal audits (planning, execution, and reporting</li>\n <li>SOX testing and documentation</li>\n <li>Key manufacturing processes, particularly <strong>inventory management</strong>, physical inventory counts, and inventory reconciliations</li>\n <li>Experience working with <strong>S.-based organizations</strong>, preferably within the manufacturing sector, with exposure to <strong>Operational Audits and SOX Compliance</strong>.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of <strong>SAP</strong> is highly desirable.</li>\n <li>Strong proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</strong>.</li>\n <li>Excellent <strong>verbal and written communication skills</strong>, strong analytical ability, and high attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to coordinate effectively with business stakeholders and leadership teams</li>\n</ul>",
