    "description": "<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p>AAA Complete Building Services (CBS) seeks a full-time HVAC Technician with a Maryland Journeyman HVAC license to suport an academic facility in Baltimore, MD. The HVAC Mechanic  will oversee the facility's HVAC systems and equipment to ensure proper operations and preventative maintenance of components and equipment.  The HVAC Technician shall also be responsible for the technical expertise of HVAC systems. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The HVAC Technician shall have the ability to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Install, assemble, troubleshoot, modify, repair, and maintain HVAC systems. </li>\n <li>Repairs steam traps, relief, and control valves. </li>\n <li>Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems as assigned</li>\n <li>Maintain HVAC equipment in sound operating condition</li>\n <li>Perform preventative maintenance tasks as directed </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Base Hours Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM.</p>\n<p> MD Journeyman license required. </p>\n<p>Salary $40-$45 per hour based on experience.</p>\n<h2>You Should Have</h2>\n<p>What we are looking for in your resume:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of five (5) years commercial/industrial HVAC experience  </li>\n <li>Maryland (MD) Journeyman HVAC license </li>\n <li>Universal CFC and EPA 608 certification </li>\n <li>OSHA 10</li>\n <li>Experience with large boilers, chilled water systems, AHU's, cooling tower operation & maintenance, building control systems</li>\n <li> Must possess ability to identify common causes of HVAC failures</li>\n <li> Must possess an ability to coordinate effective PM scheduling</li>\n <li>Ability to establish routine testing procedures</li>\n <li>Meet project deadlines </li>\n <li>Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and prioritize work as required</li>\n <li> A demonstrated working knowledge of HVAC systems and an ability to understand and utilize MEP drawings is required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EOE, including disability/veterans</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>**Position is contingent upon contract award**</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Why You'll Love Working With Us</h2>\n<p>Complete Building Services (CBS) is dedicated to the efficient operation and maintenance of commercial and government facilities.
