Build Culture.</span></p>\n<p>Goodwill Industries of Tenneva is seeking a dynamic, people-focused Retail Team Lead <br>to lead one of our high-volume retail locations and play a key role in an exciting store relocation scheduled for 2026.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a rare opportunity to lead a retail operation of more than 23,000 square feet, including a 10,000+ square foot sales floor, while developing teams, maximizing revenue, and advancing Goodwill’s mission of providing training and employment opportunities in our community.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you are a strong retail leader who thrives on developing people, driving performance, and creating exceptional customer and donor experiences, we want to meet you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p>This role will oversee all aspects of store operations, performance, and team leadership.
