You’ll be hands-on, self-driven, and always looking for ways to add value, whether that’s designing a next-gen SD-WAN, leading a customer workshop, or mentoring the team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Candidate: </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver outcomes: Architect, configure, and deploy enterprise network solutions (SD-WAN, SASE, Wi-Fi, firewalls) that solve real customer challenges.</li>\n<li>Champion managed services – Act as a trusted escalation point, blending hands-on support with strategic consultancy to ensure customer networks remain resilient, optimized, and aligned with SLA commitments.</li>\n<li>Own the lifecycle: Lead projects from presales and scoping through design, staging, installation, documentation, and handover.</li>\n<li>Be the trusted advisor: Guide customers on secure connectivity, digital transformation, and best practices.</li>\n<li>Collaborate and share: Bring new knowledge to the team, mentor others, and help us all get better every day.</li>\n<li>Drive innovation: Spot opportunities to improve, automate, and adopt new tech—don’t wait to be told.</li>\n<li>Represent TIEVA: Attend customer meetings, present confidently, and build strong relationships.</li>\n<li>Stay sharp: Keep your expertise up-to-date, pursue new certifications, and embrace continuous learning.</li>\n<li>Live our values: Actively demonstrate TIEVA’s spirit—positive, ambitious, and always customer-focused.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What We’re Looking For:</p>\n<p>Minimum of 3 (or working towards) Certifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) in Network Security (Ideally FortiGate and</li>\n<li>FortiManager)</li>\n<li>Cisco CCNP Enterprise (or relevant track) – strong foundation in advanced routing, switching, and enterprise networking.</li>\n<li>Working towards Fortinet Certified Solution Specialist (FCSS) in Secure SD-WAN and SASE</li>\n<li>Aruba Certified Professional (ACP) in Mobility and ClearPass; Aruba Certified Expert (ACX) a big plus</li>\n<li>Barracuda Certified Engineer (BCE) or equivalent (CloudGen Firewall, Email Security Gateway)</li>\n<li>Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE certifications</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Technical Expertise:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Core networking: Strong foundation in TCP/IP, Ethernet, routing, switching, and security design.</li>\n<li>Modern architectures: Delivered enterprise SD-WAN, SASE, and Zero Trust solutions to support hybrid and cloud-first strategies.</li>\n<li>Advanced technologies: Applied IP fabrics, VXLAN/EVPN, SDN, and automation to standardise and optimise network operations.</li>\n<li>Key vendor expertise: Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager), Cisco (routing &amp;
