This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to identify<br>process gaps, implement data-driven solutions, and embed a culture of operational<br>excellence.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and execute Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives across<br>manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and operations<br></li>\n<li>Analyze end-to-end processes using value stream mapping to identify waste,<br>bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities<br></li>\n<li>Develop and implement standard work, SOPs, and best practices<br></li>\n<li>Provide ongoing support to the VP Operations in day-to-day operational<br>management<br></li>\n<li>Define, track, and analyze operational KPIs (cycle time, yield, cost,<br>throughput, quality)<br></li>\n<li>Build dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making<br></li>\n<li>Validate improvement impact using statistical and analytical methods</li>\n<li>Partner with R&amp;D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams</li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and improvement training sessions</li>\n<li>Support change management and adoption of new processes</li>\n<li>Support operational scaling, new product introductions, and process maturity</li>\n<li>Identify risks to operational performance and propose mitigation plan</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Systems,<br>Manufacturing, or related field)</li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in operations, planning manufacturing, or process<br>improvement roles<br></li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence<br>methodologies<br></li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and experience working with operational data<br></li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives</li>\n</ul>",
