If you’re passionate about iGaming and operational excellence, bold in your approach, and act with integrity, we’d love for you to join our team as a Casino Team Leader.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">A taste of what you’ll do</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>The Casino Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the execution and operational delivery of Casino Operations across all brands, ensuring game releases, compliance coordination, QA processes, and provider-related activities are completed accurately, on time, and in line with regulatory and operational standards.</p>\n<p>The role is heavily focused on execution, precision, quality control, deadline management, and operational accountability across all product-related workflows. A key focus of the role is ensuring operational consistency, maintaining high-quality standards, improving operational processes, and supporting automation and reporting initiatives across Product Operations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operational Execution &amp; Delivery</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities related to game releases, certifications, provider requests, promotional setups, and operational support workflows.</li>\n<li>Ensure all operational tasks are executed accurately, within deadlines, and in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.</li>\n<li>Maintain strict operational quality control across game releases, configurations, rewards, certifications, and promotional mechanics.</li>\n<li>Monitor operational SLAs, escalations, delivery timelines, and outstanding tasks to ensure operational consistency and accountability.</li>\n<li>Coordinate operational priorities across Product Operations, Compliance, QA, CRM, Customer Operations, and other internal stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance, QA &amp; Process Control</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee operational QA and compliance coordination activities related to testing, certifications, audits, documentation, and release controls.</li>\n<li>Ensure all operational documentation, procedures, certifications, and records are maintained accurately and remain audit-ready.</li>\n<li>Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues and implement corrective actions where required.</li>\n<li>Support implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, reporting structures, and operational controls across Product Operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Coordination &amp;
