We comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding background checks and employment eligibility.</em></p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Client Experience & Front Desk Operations</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Greet and check in/out clients using Booker</li>\n  <li>Manage client profiles and troubleshoot scheduling or POS issues</li>\n  <li>Handle payments, tips, and commissions with integrity</li>\n  <li>Answer phones and voicemails promptly</li>\n  <li>Review client notes to ensure personalized service</li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>Shop Flow & Team Support</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Pair clients with stylists and manage break schedules when needed</li>\n  <li>Support shop management in maintaining smooth daily operations</li>\n  <li>Serve complimentary beverages and engage clients to create a bar-like vibe</li>\n  <li>Maintain clear communication with team and leadership</li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>Sales & Product Knowledge</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Recommend and sell products, tools, and memberships</li>\n  <li>Restock and maintain retail displays</li>\n  <li>Support merchandising and inventory tasks</li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>Cleanliness & Standards</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Maintain shop cleanliness and complete assigned side work</li>\n  <li>Follow all opening, closing, and shift duties</li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>Training & Culture</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Help onboard and train new Bartenders</li>\n  <li>Contribute to a positive, team-first culture</li>\n  <li>Attend mandatory meetings and uphold Drybar’s 10 Core Values</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment(e.g., retail, front desk, hospitality, or salon/spa)</li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>point-of-sale (POS) systems</strong> preferred</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Ability to <strong>multi-task</strong>, <strong>problem-solve</strong>, and maintain composure under pressure</li>\n <li>Must be able to <strong>stand/walk for 6–8 hours</strong> per shift</li>\n <li>A strong track record of delivering <strong>exceptional customer experiences</strong></li>\n <li>Technically savvy and comfortable with front desk operations</li>\n <li>Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Legal Disclaimer</h2>©2023 DB Franchise, LLC (“DBF”).
