TS110 (3rd Shift)</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Group II</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Top Out (at 5 years tenure) $27.18</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><em><u>Job Description:&nbsp;</u></em></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The Wood Komo Router Operator is responsible for selecting proper material, running proper programs and operating CNC router to produce parts as requested by material control.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><em>Eligible to receive $1.50 hourly shift difference.</em></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><em>Job Summary &amp; Responsibilities:</em></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Select and adjust router bit according to material to be routed.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Must understand function and capability of hand-held programmer.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Must be able to measure router bit diameter using dial calipers and set tool compensation &nbsp;accordingly. Recognize obvious irregularities and defects in materials, surface finish, and &nbsp;workmanship.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Must be able to recognize when a tool needs changed and be able to change it.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Operator will be responsible for performing routine weekly maintenance to router and keeping service log.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Operator will be required to change dust collector bags when full.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; May be required to fabricate jigs and fixtures to aid in the assembly process.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Operator will be required to deliver parts to correct benches and stock racks.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><em>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</em></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Physical effort required to load machine with large panels weighing as much as 80 lbs.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Substantial amount of wood dust may be in the area surrounding work place.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Exercise care in loading, routing and unloading machine.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Extreme caution required to prevent injury when operating CNC router.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Factory noise level is above average.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Operator will be responsible for keeping router and area around router in a clean and orderly fashion.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Operator must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings in order to inspect first parts for quality and accuracy.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; CNC Router and hand-held programmer, wrenches, torque wrench, dial calipers,woods, metals, laminates.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
