Description The Composite Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in the ABG's marketing and branch operations, working closely with farmers, agribusinesses, and other stakeholders. This position requires a strategic and relationship-oriented approach to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing branch operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing plans to promote ABG's products and services to farmers and agribusinesses. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including farmers, agribusinesses, and industry associations. Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis. Collaborate with branch teams to ensure efficient operations and optimal customer service. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on marketing and branch performance. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. Stay informed about agricultural policies, regulations, and industry best practices. Manage and mentor a team of marketing and relationship officers, providing guidance and support. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high ethical standards. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in agribusiness, with a proven track record in relationship management. Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, market dynamics, and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective marketing strategies. Experience in managing and leading a team is highly desirable. Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analytics tools for relationship management.
