Outpatient therapy is how LVF began and is one of our largest service lines today. &nbsp;As an Outpatient Intern, you will have an opportunity to gain a broad range of experience, working with children, adolescents, and adults; offering individual, family, and group therapy for clients with a variety of diagnoses and presenting problems.</p><p><br></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Hear what a recent intern had to say!!</em></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>&ldquo;Lenape Valley Foundation is a place where I feel confident that individuals within the community can get the treatment they deserve. Throughout my time at Lenape Valley Foundation, as an intern and now staff member, I&#39;ve come to understand the true definition of community. Lenape Valley&#39;s internship program provided me with the clinical experience needed to excel in the field post-graduation. The training I received through this program will follow me throughout the rest of my career.&rdquo;</em></p><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Our SPRING Cohort Starts in January. &nbsp;Applications should be submitted by October 15th.</strong></p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of diagnoses and presenting problems.</li><li>Co-facilitate group sessions.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Require:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be currently enrolled in a master&rsquo;s program in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.</li><li>Must have completed most coursework before beginning internship, particularly, all techniques classes and ethics must be completed.</li><li>Must be able to work at least 15 hours per week.</li><li>Must be able to come into the office at least 1 day per week for group and in-person sessions</li><li>LPC/MFT Internship: Duration of assignment is at least 12 months or 3 semesters.</li><li>MSW Internship: Duration of assignment is at least 9 months or 2 semesters.</li><li>Ability to perform the physical requirements of the internship, with or without accommodation.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Provide:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Weekly individual and group supervision with licensed clinicians.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working with a wide variety of populations using different treatment modalities.&nbsp;</li><li>Access to online training database where you can seek out additional training.</li><li>A supportive work environment</li></ul><p><strong>About Lenape Valley Foundation</strong></p><p>Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF)a premier, non-profit provider of essential human services since 1958.
