Positions include Site Foreman, Pipe Foreman, Pipelayers, Equipment Operators and Laborers. These roles focus on underground utility projects, including water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer installations, in locations around the North East, MD area. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span>Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">SITE FOREMAN</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Effectively lead, manage, and motivate crews of 5 to 10 individuals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Successfully manage and schedule subcontractors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Responsible for the production process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Plan and schedule for necessary manpower, tools, materials, and equipment needed to complete the job.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Responsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">PIPELAYER</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Install new pipes for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains in prepared trenches. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure pipes are aligned properly and positioned on grade and on line. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assist with backfilling and operate compaction equipment as needed. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Recognize and mitigate job site hazards. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the crew.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">EQUIPMENT OPERATOR</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Operates equipment in compliance with Kinsley’s safety policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensures company equipment is maintained and in good running condition by greasing and checking fluids.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Demonstrates a working knowledge of all aspects of construction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">LABORER</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assist in backfilling and running compaction equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Use various hand and power tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assist with removal of fine grade stones along curb lines and sidewalks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Take and understand instructions from crew leaders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
