If you enjoy meeting homeowners, building relationships, and earning commission based on performance, this role is for you.</p><hr><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p><strong>Sales &amp; Lead Generation</strong></p><ul><li><p>Generate your own residential leads through canvassing, referrals, networking, and follow-ups</p></li><li><p>Manage and nurture your personal sales pipeline</p></li><li><p>Work company-provided leads efficiently and professionally</p></li><li><p>Build rapport with homeowners and guide them through the sales process</p></li></ul><p><strong>Estimating</strong></p><ul><li><p>Conduct in-home residential estimates (interior &amp; exterior)</p></li><li><p>Measure, scope, and price projects accurately using company pricing standards</p></li><li><p>Present clear options and explain the value of Fresh Coat services</p></li><li><p>Deliver estimates promptly and professionally</p></li></ul><p><strong>Follow-Up &amp; CRM</strong></p><ul><li><p>Follow up on all estimates consistently until closed or lost</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate notes, photos, and job details in CRM</p></li><li><p>Coordinate clean handoffs to production once jobs are sold</p></li></ul><hr><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Base salary + commission</strong></p></li><li><p>Higher commission on self-generated leads</p></li><li><p>Commission on company-provided leads</p></li><li><p>Performance bonuses available based on sales goals</p></li></ul><p>(Details shared during interview)</p>",
